Note:

1. The base of the cup body can not be washed under the faucet, especially the charging hole of the base must be tightly packed. There should be no water on the switch button. The cup won't work properly after it's flooded.

Also: The cup does not work while charging.

2. The blinking white light indicates that there is no power and needs to be charged before use.

3. The red light is on when charging, and the white light is on when fully charged. Make sure to unplug the charging cable and press and hold to start.

4. After the powder cartridge is loaded with milk powder, the lid of the powder cartridge should be tightened on the powder cartridge, and the sound of "click" will be in place. Only when the compact lid is tightened on the compact lid, it will not leave the compact lid inside the lid after being put into the lid.

If the powder cartridge is removed from the cup, but the powder cartridge cap is left inside the lid, then the powder cartridge needs to be screwed on the powder cartridge cap, after tightening, and then stand back a little, you can take out the powder cartridge cap. The cause of the problem is that the workers put the powder cartridge in the lid without tightening the lid.

Special note: when you take out the powder cartridge yourself, and when loading the powder cartridge into the cup body, be sure to vertical, do not let the edge of the powder cartridge scratch the transparent cup body.

Carefully remove the cup from the box and place it in the box. Do not scratch the outside of the glass in either motion.
